“Once we completed our plans to remodel our home, the next step was to find a contractor. Our architect provided a number of recommendations and we interviewed five. “Our family moved February, 2007 to Ho-Ho-Kus. We realized we needed our backyard completely re-done almost immediately for the safety of our 3 young children. Not only were we fortunate to meet you a few weeks into our move, we realized how fortunate we were to have you as our neighbor.

You treated us as if we were family and did a wonderful job making our yard exactly what we envisioned. You even were able to completely finish the job before the summer of 2007 so the children could enjoy it for many months. Also because of you and your team, we were immediately able to utilize the attic after you put flooring down the length of the home.

When we had a major leak in March 2008, you were right there for us to complete our bathroom among other "minor" requests. When we were unfortunate enough to have a second flood in November 2008, you again could be counted on. You fixed the basement bar area and laundry room shelving better than we imagined. Fixing the problem we had with our garage door opener was an added benefit. We look at four criteria when we hire somebody: quality of work performed, honesty of the individual(s) discussing our options, efficiency and timeliness of work completion and reasonableness of the cost. Not only did you and Top of the Line Contracting meet our expectations, you exceeded them.

Each experience we had, Top of The Line was fabulous, made possible by three gentlemen, you Luis and Mario.

We do not intent to renovate any time soon, but if we do, we will gladly call on Top of The Line Contracting again and will request Luis and Mario specifically. Word of mouth travels fast and we will recommend your organization to family and friends without hesitation.
